1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online competition platform operated by Dhofar Center. By using the Platform and making any payments, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition & Voting
The Platform allows users to participate in competitions and vote for participants by selecting and purchasing voting packages. Each package provides a certain number of votes, which can be used during the competition period.
3. Payment
All payments for voting packages are processed securely through Bank Muscat Payment Gateway. Once a payment is completed, the corresponding number of votes will be added to the user’s account.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Users are advised to review their selections carefully before making any payment.
5. Fair Usage
Any attempt to manipulate, misuse, or fraudulently use the voting system is strictly prohibited. Dhofar Center reserves the right to disqualify votes or participants found violating these rules.
6. Liability
Dhofar Center is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures caused by third parties, including payment gateway providers or network issues.
7. Changes to Terms
