We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process.
Cancellation made 7 days before the event start date → Full refund.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours before → No refund.
“No-show” participants → Non-refundable.
If Dhofar Center cancels or postpones an event, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed automatically.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during registration.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
